Lavender Lane Events LLC (“we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect on this site and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit our consultation form, we collect the details you provide — your name, contact information, and information about your event. We also use standard website analytics to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare your proposal, and plan your event. We never sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site work (hosting, email delivery) and, where relevant to your event, with vendors working on your celebration.

Your choices

When website analytics are enabled, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Vercel help us understand visits. For up to 90 days, cookies and browser storage remember a random visitor and session identifier, public landing page, referring website hostname and selected campaign tags. We keep first observed arrival and latest referral or campaign separately, and attach available source evidence to inquiries in our private records. Missing referrers stay unknown. Consultation snapshots follow the inquiry record lifetime; separate source records for other inquiry forms are kept for up to 90 days.

We use random identifiers, not names or contact details, to find related Clarity sessions. A short-lived random reference on links to Lavender Blooms can carry arrival evidence without including personal details in the link. The brands keep separate analytics properties. You can turn off analytics below, and we respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Inquiries and shopping still work with analytics disabled.

In regions where opt-in is required, analytics stay off until you choose to allow them.
