How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, most couples reach out 8–14 months before their date — but don't rule yourself out if your timeline is shorter. For milestone celebrations and quinceañeras, 2–4 months is comfortable. Popular Saturdays go first, so the sooner we talk, the more options you have.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes — completely. It's a conversation about your vision by phone, video, or in person, and you'll receive a custom proposal afterward with transparent pricing. There's no commitment until you're ready.
Do you serve our area?
We're based in Bristow, Virginia and design events across Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland — including venues like Maketto in DC. Further afield? Ask — we travel for the right celebration.

Services & Pricing
How does pricing work?
Every event is custom quoted, and we publish our ranges so you always know where you stand: Milestone & Celebration runs $1,200–3,500, Ceremony & Reception $2,500–3,800, Full Floral Design $4,500–8,500, and Full Event Design $9,000–18,000. Your proposal itemizes everything.
What's included in the price?
Delivery, setup, and breakdown are built into every tier — no surprise logistics fees on the day. Higher tiers add the room flip, large-scale installations, and full production. Your proposal spells out exactly what's included.
What if we just want an arrangement or two?
That's our sister shop, Lavender Blooms — hand-crafted arrangements delivered across Northern Virginia with no minimums. Same designer, everyday occasions.
What happens if a flower isn't available?
Flowers are a living product, so we design with a substitution promise: if a bloom isn't at its best that week, we replace it with something of equal or greater quality in your palette and style. You'll never get a lesser version of your design.
The Process
Will we see the design before the day?
Yes. You sign off on a mood board and design plan before we order a single stem — colors, textures, and the shape of every major piece. No surprises.
Can we make changes after booking?
Of course — refinement is part of the process. Design details can be adjusted up to 30 days before your event; after that we're sourcing and building, so changes are handled case by case.
How do payments work?
A retainer secures your date and starts the design work, with the balance scheduled before your event — the exact schedule is laid out clearly in your proposal, with no surprises.
What does event day actually look like?
Our team arrives early to install, style, and perfect the room before anyone sees it. During the event, everything is where it should be — and afterward we handle breakdown and rentals, so you never have to think about it.
